Seth Rollins Possibly Out of WrestleMania 40, Reports Suggest

Seth Rollins secured a win against Jinder Mahal on RAW, but concern arose as he suffered a left leg injury during the match. Reports indicate he required assistance backstage, and the severity of the injury remains uncertain. The situation has sparked fear among fans and the wrestling community about the potential impact on Rollins’ participation in future events, including WrestleMania. The extent of the injury is currently unknown, adding suspense and apprehension to the aftermath of his World Heavyweight Championship defense.

According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, Seth Rollins might miss WrestleMania 40 due to a potentially serious injury. If the recovery time is three months or more, it could be really bad news for his WrestleMania plans.

Seth Rollins was rumored to fight CM Punk in WrestleMania 40’s Night One main event. If his injury is serious, WWE might have to change their plans for the big match.

Seth Rollins was said to fight CM Punk in the main event of WrestleMania 40 Night One. If he’s okay, great. But if not, WWE might have to switch things up.

“This would be a bad time if he needs to be out for a couple of months. Really really bad. He’s got a big program and everything, he’s got a championship. If it’s a week, it’s a week. You know, whatever. If it’s three months (…) Eight months would not be good. It’d really kill a lot of momentum and be frustrating for him. Three months would be not the greatest either. He’d miss WrestleMania for three months, yeah,” Meltzer added.

What impact could Seth Rollins missing WrestleMania 40 have on WWE’s plans and the scheduled matches for the event?

WWE has to be ready with a backup plan for CM Punk at WrestleMania 40 in case Seth Rollins is seriously injured. While other matches might not match the hype, there’s one option that could bring some excitement.

CM Punk’s recent promo with Drew McIntyre created a lot of excitement in the wrestling world. If Seth Rollins can’t compete at WrestleMania 40, WWE could consider booking Punk vs. McIntyre for the event. It would be a fantastic match and a fitting opportunity for the Scottish Warrior.
